Clothing & Gifts and Small Agricultural Equipment*
For Clothing & Gifts and Small Agricultural Equipment orders, we ship with Royal Mail - so wherever you are, we can get your order to you quickly and for a flat fee.
We use Royal Mail 2nd Class parcel services with typical deliveries taking two working days, and do not provide tracking numbers as standard (as our system has no place for these details currently), but these will be provided on request. If you'd like us to expedite your delivery, using Royal Mail 1st Class or other dedicated courier services, please contact us when you place your order and we can arrange this for you.
Important note for customers outside the UK: our website cannot currently accept orders from outside the UK (for frustrating technical reasons) so if you'd like to place an order with us and you're not in the UK, please call our sales team on 01576 204 963 or email at email@example.com. Due to the nature and value of some of the items we sell, there may be customs charges upon import to the end country; we will do our best to advise if this will be the case, but we cannot accept any liability should there be charges we do not foresee.
*Small Agricultural Equipment is defined as parts, spares, fixings, and attachments; items that a Royal Mail delivery officer can carry easily!
Large Agricultural Equipment
We use our own truck & driver to perform deliveries of our agricultural equipment stock to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition!
If you choose "Standard Delivery" during checkout, your order will be delivered by one of our own trucks & drivers, and our sales team will contact you to arrange delivery. However, as we currently have a limited number of trucks and drivers, we may have to fit your delivery in with others in your area, and the date and/or time of the delivery will depend on the success of others on that run. We will endeavour to deliver your order to you as quickly and as cheaply as possible; this may be by combining your order with others on one truck, often described as "delivery on a passing lorry". Where this is not possible, we will send a dedicated lorry to you. Depending on your location, we may have to charge further delivery costs - our team will discuss this with you when calling to organise your delivery.
Unfortunately, at this time we do not bring our own offload equipment and these facilities will have to be provided by yourself on site.
At this time, we do not deliver Agricultural Equipment outside of the UK, except on special request - though we must warn that the delivery charges will most likely be prohibitive! Please call our sales team on 01576 204 963 if you would like to discuss this with us.
We keep the majority of our catalog in stock and available for collection at our Dumfries depot - the quickest and cheapest option!
If you are in our local area and have your own transportation, you can collect your order from our Dumfries depot during working hours (Mon-Fri 7:30am-4:30pm, Sat 8:00am-12 noon). Collection is free! Just let us know that you're coming and we can have your order ready for you within 1 hour.
Postcodes which have not been colour-coded do not fall under our normal delivery charge guidelines and will likely incur extra charges. Furthermore, our current website checkout facility calculates the delivery charge by weight, not distance, so you may initially be charged differently to above.
