This page lays out our Refund policy

 

We hope you'll never have to make use of the information on this page, but if you do, our Refund policy is below. There are different policies for our Agricultural Equipment lines, versus our Clothing & Gifts products - please ensure you refer to the correct section.

Agricultural Equipment Returns Policy

 

Delivery & Returns:

FarmFit will arrange for delivery of goods ordered by courier/post/delivery. The available methods of delivery will be stated at the time of purchase by the customer.

The customer will be notified of the estimated delivery date when placing the order.

If the customer is not present to take delivery of the goods ordered, said goods may be left at the customer’s address. FarmFit accepts no liability for damage to or loss of goods left at the customer’s address.

FarmFit accepts no liability for goods damaged while in transit.

The delivery costs will be stated when the goods are ordered and will be payable by the customer at the time of placing the order.

Cancellations:

Any cancellations on standard items must be made as soon as possible. Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch of the goods to the customer and the customer will still be liable for the full purchase price and delivery costs.

Bespoke items cannot be cancelled after the drawings have been authorised and the items have been put into production.

Returns Policy:

Any goods to be returned must be returned within 14 days of date of delivery to customer (unless faulty).

All returned goods must be returned in the same condition as when purchased.

No refunds or replacements will be offered where goods are returned out with the 14 day period. There will be a 20% restocking fee for any returned non faulty items.

Receipt/delivery slip should be retained as proof of purchase.

Goods returned by post must be sent by recorded or special delivery post. Refunds and replacements will not be provided where returned goods are damaged in any way.

The customer will be responsible for payment of the return postage.

FarmFit may, at its sole discretion, arrange for uplift of the goods to be returned at the cost of the customer.

The costs of uplift and pallet price will be deducted from any sums to be refunded to the customer.

Any bespoke / special / non stock item goods, cannot be returned unless faulty.

Where customers are entitled to return faulty goods, these will be uplifted at the cost of FarmFit on a date agreed with the customer. A full refund will be provided or replacement product offered.

 

Clothing & Gifts Returns Policy

 

Delivery & Returns:

FarmFit will arrange for delivery of goods ordered by courier/post/delivery. The default method of delivery is Royal Mail 2nd Class, and alternative available methods of delivery will be stated at the time of purchase by the customer.

If the item is in stock, the order will be dispatched the next working day and the delivery date will be assumed to be 2 working days after the dispatch.

If the customer is not present to take delivery of the goods ordered, said goods may be left at the customer’s address. FarmFit accepts no liability for damage to or loss of goods left at the customer’s address.

FarmFit accepts no liability for goods damaged while in transit or for unforeseen customs/excise charges.

The delivery costs will be stated when the goods are ordered and will be payable by the customer at the time of placing the order.
